Our story
Tall Poppy is a small-batch bakery based in New York City, serving up bloody good croissants and other baked goods.
All our products are freshly baked down under (in the basement) and are updated seasonally, making the most of produce when it’s at its best and most flavorful.
Everything is handmade from scratch, in multiple batches throughout the morning, so you can enjoy it all at its absolute best (the way it should be).
Our team
We are a small team of perfectionists who work with only the highest quality ingredients available.
We opened the doors in September 2024, not only for our local (and loyal) customers to enjoy, but to prove that you can chase your dreams and wake up to do something you truly love each day.
We want to share that love with our customers (from near and far) to enjoy the edible works of art that we have spent sleepless nights thinking up, testing and producing.
